Avoid The Spam Filters!

It’s easy to use words that trigger spam filters in your e-mails without you even knowing it. Here are few common ways that will trigger spam filters sending your e-mail to the spam box or to black space never to be seen again.
Using phrases or words like Click Here!, FREE, Unsubscribe, Remove Me, Make Money, $ and many many more. See our post about Spam Trap Words And Phrases for a short list of what not to use in your messages or subject lines.
- USING ALL CAPS, which is considered yelling in an e-mail.
- Going Crazy with the !!!!! and the $$$.
- Sending HTML e-mail that is one large image with no text.
- Sending HTML e-mail that is not HTML coded correctly
